We drove all the way from Dutchess County to try this pizza. We cannot say enough good things. The rice balls were amazing. Every slice of pizza we had was amazing. We chose to get a variety of slices and share them because we wanted to try so many different flavors. One was better than the next. The hot honey with pepperoni delicious! if you haven’t tried this place, you have to try it. We can’t wait to go back and try more.

The pizza is by no means bad, but i think the quality is low for the price point. The price point is comparable to the popular places in manhattan like Scarr's, Mamas Too or L'industrie, although the quality is well below those places. The largest issue across all pizzas is the crust is a bit dry and overly chewy. Not sure if it's underproofed or their oven is too low temperature or what, but a great pizza needs a great crust. Their tony soprano was a decent set of toppings, and thinny thin was OK. Clearly this is competing with New Haven style, but again, new haven crust comes out crispy and not "tough" like their's. My biggest issue was their white pie. This is clearly a take on Sally's potato pie, but it's really botched. The potato slices are too thick, such that some of them were still raw, it has too much cheese making it too heavy, the rosemary is large sprigs which taste very bitter and unpleasant (i took them off and i love rosemary), and the "caramelized onions" were not caramelized, but just softened. When you reheat those types of onions in big bunches they get slimy and unpleasant (sally's uses a small amount of thinly sliced raw onion that gets semi cooked during the pizza oven). I think these guys are interested in making a really exceptional pizza place, and there's not many in northern westchester, so I hope they succeed but I think they should do some touring and see what's really working.

If you haven’t tried Trio yet, you’re missing out on a culinary delight! They offer an incredible variety of dishes, all of which are absolutely delicious. The pizza is the best in the area, with a freshness that can’t be beat. The salads are absolutely amazing, and the vodka chicken parm is simply divine! Mike and John are the masterminds behind Trio, and they’ve created a fantastic operation with a friendly and attentive staff. The place is spotless, too. So, the next time you’re craving something delicious, head over to Trio. I’ll definitely be back soon… probably this week (for the third time)!

I ordered a salad and received the wrong one—but honestly, I’m still giving five stars because the way the staff handled it was exceptional. Mistakes happen, and what really matters is how they’re addressed. As soon as I let them know about the issue, they were incredibly apologetic and kind. They immediately offered to remake the correct salad and gave a gesture out of goodwill. The staff was calm, respectful, and genuinely cared about making it right. I felt heard and valued as a customer. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it’s the reason I’ll definitely be returning. Thanks again for turning a small hiccup into a great experience!

Just made my first visit here. Had the Trio Roni. It was awesome. Nice crispy bottom, great tasting crust cheese and toppings. Everything fresh, high quality and delicious at a fair price. This will not be my last visit. I want to try everything. It all looks great!

Ingredients make all the difference! On my first visit, I ordered a Tony Soprano pie, real plum tomatoes, sweet Soppressata, fresh mozzarella, and Basil. They knocked it out of the park! When we called, they said they were busy and it would be an hour, no problem for us, pizza was right out of the oven when we arrived. While this pie was just for two, of us they offered us another pie from someone else that would be late picking up, just two of us we couldn't eat 2 pies...they said they were going to throw it out anyway as they would only serve a fresh pie to the original customer whenever they arrive. Attention to quality in every form! The extra pie was a Thinny Thin prepared well done. Again, fresh mozzarella and basil on a thin crispy crust. If you like Neapolitan Pizza and want to skip the drive to New Haven, the Thinny Thin is for you... 0 flop, Dave Portnoy should approve. While the food and service are great, I saved the best part. I stuffed myself on more pizza than I should have eaten, 2 Tony Soprano slices, 3 Thinny Thin slices, and while full, I dont feel bloated or any indigestion which I would get from just 2 slices at most pizza places. Whether it is the flour, fresh ingredients, or combination. This is a game changer. Thank you, Trio, for doing everything right! PS... If they tell you it will take an hour, wait, its worth it.

I took my 3 kids here, we each had a special slice from the window and we ordered a Thiny Thin !!! The chicken cutlet with spicy vodka sauce was incredible, the thiny thin, I had the scarp, it was all the best I’ve had around here. Also the owner spoke to my 3 kids personally as they seen the fresh pasta and let them each pick a type of pasta to bring home and try !! The food was top notch and the people were extremely friendly. I drove over 40 minutes from Dover to this place and will go back again and again !!
